Christmas is the heart

Christmas is my favorite holiday. The core of it’s heart is something that I believe in: peace, love and joy. Being thankful for what you have and to love others. It’s a time for forgiveness but also a time to reflect. Forgiveness is given to people who deserve it and who have earned it. There is nothing given in life easily, and I think it should be that way. You have to work for everything, including love, positivity and happiness.

Where it is lovingly been created for over 100 years! It’s always so fresh and amazing. My other favorite here is Lette Macarons, they are very good but I love this place for my mom, she loves the pistachio!

PMX2015 – Labor Day Weekend

Over the course of 3 days, anime fans met fashion at the annual Pacific Media Expo!  I didn’t get a chance to see the con the way most people do since I only attended the last day and that was as one of the models for one of my favorite Japanese brands, Ghost of Harlem! I’m quite ecstatic that I was able to walk in this considering how much I love Sakurai Rina. I took it upon myself to do my own make-up and nails because I know the gyaru style so well. It would have been a dishonor to the Ghost of Harlem label and to SakuRina to let anyone else do my nails and make-up… not to sound slightly egoist but it is the truth. Gyaru is one of the few things I am very very comfortable doing as it’s something I’ve played with for years; and I read Ageha (小悪魔ageha) and Ane-Ageha (姉ageha) pretty religiously!

Jewelry was provided by the beautiful and talented, Kasumi of Necrosarium!

We also had a great write up and photos on LA Weekly by Shannon Cottrell!  – My photos are number 33 and 46
